# Affiliate Reward
An affiliate program is a marketing strategy that allows businesses to reward individuals or organizations, known as affiliates, for promoting products to potential customers. There are two types of rewards in Kross affiliate program: Leadership Reward and Organization Reward.
### Leadership Reward
Leadership Reward is a type of reward that is given to the top-performing affiliates in the program. These affiliates are usually the ones who generate the leads for the wallet. The Leadership Reward is given in the form of KWT.
### Organization Reward
Organization Reward is a type of reward that is given to the affiliates who are able to help other affiliates to join the program. This type of reward is often structured as a commission on the sales generated by the affiliates that they have recruited. The Organization Reward is given in the form of KWT. Complete 9 Direct referrals to upgrade become Tier 1.
